Spotlight on Neil Paddock
Over 50 years of experience in the Built Environment 👏
Starting out in an Architects’ Practice during the 1970s and before then qualifying in Local Authority Building Control, in 1990 Neil became interested in, and focused on, glass design and specification; gaining valuable knowledge of this most versatile building material.
In 1998 he moved into the world of D+B Contracting from both a design and manufacturing point of view and has worked with major Contractors, Architects and Specialist Sub Contractors. All to achieve seamless technical and compliant design solutions.
Returning now to the Komfort Team after 10 years, Neil is focusing on helping drive our business forward through support of our team, our partners and our customers.
The mission is to achieve compliance from early stage specification and to ensure its continuity. In today’s rapidly evolving industry landscape this has never been more important.
Neil has shared with us his best guidance to project success.
The construction world has of course changed massively since I started out, but the principles are consistent at least.In my view, any project success starts with a full understanding of the design requirements, its buildability, together with safety compliances and contractual commitments…all at the same time.I am both excited and delighted, to be involved in driving this process forward by ensuring “best practice” is behind everything Komfort do.
