British Airways Holidays signed a lease for the top (eighth) floor of The Create Building, a new Grade A commercial office space in Crawley town centre.

Komfort Partitioning was selected by the main contractor, Office Changes Limited, to provide bespoke partitioning systems for the project, transforming the office into a sleek and functional workspace. The Create Building offers 5.5 floors of modern office space and is owned by Crawley Borough Council, with rental income supporting local services.

The Design Brief

The objectives were to achieve a high-performance office environment while maintaining a clean and modern design. The use of Polar partitions and Sonik doors helped meet these goals, providing acoustic insulation, whilst maintaining an open, light-filled workspace.

The Komfort Specification

The Polar product range was selected due to its exceptional performance and flexibility while maintaining design continuity. British Airways Holidays required a solution that would provide both functionality and a sleek aesthetic for their new office space.

Komfort’s partitioning systems were installed across the office and meeting room spaces to enhance both privacy and collaboration while allowing natural light to flow through the workspace.

This project was a straightforward and successful collaboration with Office Changes. The installation of Komfort’s systems was completed without significant challenges, thanks to the cohesive teamwork and precise execution of all involved.
